I love this dress, my review is mostly on the customer service. I ordered this dress in two sizes, along with multiple other purchases totally over $350 and was surprised to see the return shipping fee was my responsibility. Given there are no stores nearby in which to try on these clothes for size and my daughter is currently between sizes making it more challenging, I assumed (incorrectly) that LE had free returns given so many places do especially given the amount I spent. I called customer service and was practically mocked. The lady was very rude and unfriendly stating I shouldn’t have made assumptions and she also said, “you didn’t even spend nearly as much as most people do here.” I’m not going to lie, this one conversation may lead me to quit shopping here. I love their clothes- great quality and style. But I cannot support a business that has such unfriendly representatives. A simple, no I’m sorry we do not offer free returns, would have done. She did not need to be explicitly rude and condescending.

Got this and a coordinating romper for my girls for family pictures. The quality is incredible and the fabric is tightly woven enough that they don't need to be ironed after washing, but they aren't stiff or uncomfortable. My toddler now asks to wear this dress almost every day.

Beautiful jumper for our fall family photos. Size 5 was perfect for my taller almost 5 year old.
