Sizing is WAY off - terrible return policy

I ordered a size 12M for my 8 month old baby. The dress is adorable but despite sizing WAY up, I was unable to get the dress over the head of my smaller than average baby. This dress needs a zipper closure since it has no stretch. I had to return and learned that I was on the hook for a $15 shipping fee. I would probably give Little English another shot at my business if they had more friendly return policies.
