Caring for Crochet

When it comes to dressing your little one, softness and quality matter. 100% Pima cotton is a dream fabric for babies —gentle on delicate skin, breathable, and durable. Hand-crocheted details make our signature Crochet Playsuits extra special, and a little extra care will ensure they stay beautiful for countless snuggles and special moments to come.

1. Wash Gently

Babies can be messy, but harsh washing methods aren’t necessary! Always wash Pima cotton baby clothes on a cold, gentle cycle or hand wash in cool water. A mild, baby-safe detergent will help keep the fabric soft and irritation-free. Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals that could weaken the fibers or fade colors.

2. Lay Flat to Dry

Skip the dryer—heat can shrink natural fibers and damage delicate crochet work. Instead, gently reshape the garment and lay it flat on a clean towel to dry. Hanging may cause stretching, so always dry flat for the best results.

3. Store with Care

Fold neatly instead of hanging to prevent stretching, especially around the crochet details. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, to keep colors vibrant and the fabric in perfect condition.
